Administrator/Secretary

2MS are looking for an experienced administrator/secretary to join our busy office in Newmarket.

This role is pivotal to supporting our project managers and estimator and you will be required to provide clerical and administrative support to the team.

Working closely with the tender department you will assist in putting together tender documentation both to sub-contractors and potential clients.

Project Manager

Due to a forward order book 2MS are looking for an experienced Project manager to join our team.

Responsible for the management of projects up to £5M throughout the UK responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the project from start to the final hand over to the client
  • Site management including co-ordination of sub-contractors whilst monitoring performance against contract targets
  • Managing cost, quality and time
  • Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
  • Ensuring specifications and drawings are followed

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and be an excellent communicator at all levels.
